State and modern requirements to the organization of educational space of a town in Russia and abroad

Abstract. The author considers the questions, connected with formation of educational space in small city of Europe, Russia in general and Slavyansk-on-Kuban in particular. Author uses the principle of the network organization of education at profile training realization, which allows to connect the urgent global and local problems in the field of formation.
