Organizational and methodological conditions of the internship in the training

Abstract. The competence, axiological, system-activity approaches become essential in the organization of joint activities of the tutor and trainee in the system of professional development. The author describes the organizational and methodological conditions of the internship within these approaches; provides the set of principles of construction and development of the educational environment of the internship in the system of additional vocational training.
