Abstract. Problems in the organization of patriotic education of youth requires joint efforts of representatives of various public institutions. The paper presents the results of a study of current activity of the representatives of educational and public organizations and associations of patriotic education of citizens, examines typical problems of realization of the program of patriotic education.
