Using the results of operational and investigative activities in criminal proceedings

Abstract. The paper deals with the notion of normative regulation of the concept “results of operational and investiga-tive activity”, the direction of its use in criminal proceedings. The various approaches to understanding the results of operational and investigative activities are given.
