Evaluation of the effectiveness of management competencies

Abstract. The paper deals with the problem of determination of competences management efficiency mechanism. The author offers the approach to its decision; views the necessity of estimation of competence level and makes the analogy of the offered methodology of estimation of competence level with the existent methods of estimation of product quality level.
