Functional vectors of pedagogical mentoring

Abstract. The paper deals with realization of pedagogical mentoring functions by a teacher-tutor, which are revealed within functional vectors: correction vector (support, diagnose-correction, developing functions), interaction vector (communicative and organizing, mediating, analytical functions) and self-realization vector (research, methodical, professional and identification functions). The essence of the specified functions is in con-ditions of comprehensive school and higher educational institution.
