Abstract. The paper is devoted to science and education as a key factors of influence on intensification of innovative activity of modern industrial enterprises, along with such as social reproduction, management and culture. The work is performed as the part of research project number 383: “Workers of industrial and scientific-technical sphere in terms of company towns (on the example of sociological analysis of Togliatti)”.
