Organizational and Legal Mechanisms of Realization of Technology of "Social Elevator" in Correctional Facilities of the Penal Correction System of Russia: Problems and Solutions

Abstract. The paper deals with topical issues of implementation of “social elevator” technology in the activity of institutions executing punishment, the Federal penitentiary service of Russia; reveals the action of the mechanisms of “social lifts” in correctional institutions. The authors analyze the most problematic aspects in this field, in particular, the order granting conditional release from the further performance penalties; provides specific legal measures to solve existing problems.
