The formation of modern shape of professional education is the important task of high education. The transformation of the contents and training methods on the basis of widespread introduction of new educational and information technologies provides broad application of the practical-focused approach.

The authors present the methodology of case-method in estimating the bankruptcy risk of a particular organization based on appropriate analysis and justification for its objectivity.
