The paper reveals the display of cyber dynamism in formation of multimedia competence of students in learning a foreign language in a sphere of professional communication. Ternary structure of cyber dynamism: multimedia (informative), interactive (communicative or discursive), hypertextual (links binding) helps to widen the multimedia competence through informatively saturated thematic field of the whole techno system and due to operative-discursive principle of info-selection in cyber space.
