The author examines the family name Tomb, which incorporated universal metaphorically structured deep meanings and value. The idea is that the family name Tomb focused in intself the synonymized "universal" sense of "crossed" roots *m *ch, which in turn evolved into different languages morpho-phonematic changes. The allegation that the family name Tomb is deep multicomponent mental construct suggests that analyte name in tongues was and remains cultoroligical bearer form.

The article examines the problem of motivating students to skills of literate writing in the aspect of vocabu-lary words in the Russian language lessons in primary school, a new approach to work on vocabulary words, increases the interest in their study.
The subject of the study was neologisms that are actively used in speech by the younger generation, as well as in the field of show business and the Internet. The purpose of this study was to identify the source of their origin and methods of education. The result of the study showed that most words do not differ in the originality of word-formation models and represent a complete sound and semantic repetition of the source language.
The relevance of the work is based on the need to study a lexical space of the modern Russian language and to describe trends that form a speech portrait of contemporary youth. Semantics and etymology of slang words are analyzed via the method of interview that has been conducted with the first-year students of Tambov State Technical University. The article aims at analyzing the key mechanisms of youth slang functioning based on students’ lexicon, revealing the sources of its replenishment, defining the most frequently used jargon words and finding out the reasons for their use by university students. The material of this study may be useful for linguists, sociologists, copywriters, psychologists and other specialists.
Basing on the historically changing essence of the dialectic method of knowing the truth from the point of view of etymology, the article explores law-making decisions elaborated in the doctrine of criminal law that determine the content and the legal position of the category of «corruption offences». The author draws attention to the fact that the basis of the definition of «corruption offences» may only be the etymology of the concept of «corruption». Any attempts of the theory and practice of criminal science to separate these terms, to see in them «freedom of thought» and find an independent function are a definitive failure to comprehend the truth in determining the place of the mentioned category in the system of the criminal law of Russia.
