The author considers the problems of posture violation and muscular-skeletal system of university students, analyzes the characteristic features of pathological formations of the muscular-skeletal system of students, spots and proves the sharing methods of physical training and physical therapy for posture correction. Based on the experiment, the author offers exercises for posture correction, affordable for all students.
