The paper analyzes the principles of meritocracy in relation to the training of officials. The author concludes about the need to review the ethical criteria for access to public service.
In modern society, a new moral character of a law enforcement officer is being formed, who possesses such qualities as decency, honesty, and justice. The article discusses the need and validity of teaching this discipline for students majoring in "Economic Security". This discipline should be taught in the second year, after studying the basics of psychology and jurisprudence, and help to form the honor and dignity of future specialists.
This article discusses the concept of professional ethics, the principles and requirements of the Code of Ethics of Professional Accountants developed by the International Federation of Accountants (IFB), the structure of the Code of Professional Ethics of the members of the NP IPB of Russia, as well as the main aspects of the professional activity of an accountant.
The article is focused on the organization of curricular and extracurricular educational process with foreign preparatory course students who plan their further education in medical universities of Russia. The article is based on the experience of the Faculty of International Education tutors of Tambov State Technical University. The paper emphasizes the importance of systematic, multidirectional educational work in accordance with the specifics of the future specialty, explores various forms of educational activities and methods of preparing for them, notes the most effective formats, and also indicates the problems that arise in the process of their implementation.
The article considers the main issues of professional ethics, submitted by the modern state of law to representatives of legal professions. It analyses problems of formation of an effective system of multi-stage control, which plays the role of social (public) supervision over the level of formation of moral consciousness, as well as the significance of civil position among representatives of legal professions. The author considers conscience and justice as qualities that form the «core» of basic personal qualities of representatives of legal professions (investigators, prosecutors, judges, lawyers, internal affairs officers, state security officers, legal advisers, notaries, customs officers).
