The author presents the progress and results of the empirical research, the purpose of which was to study the organizational and pedagogical conditions of professional development of young teachers in the system of post-graduate teacher education.
This article describes the effect of reflection on the professional position of the teacher. Knowledge of the characteristics of reflection will allow you to work with teachers in order to improve their professional skills, providing psychological and pedagogical support, taking into account their professional position. The article presents the results of the study of teachers of two educational institutions of Orenburg (57 teachers).
