The author proves the feasibility such institution, as the usufruct (right to personal ownership) in limited property rights legislation. The author examines the contents of the right in the modern law of foreign countries and proves the necessity to follow up the powers, belonging to the content of a restricted property law in order to build the system of limited real rights. The author identifies the trends and prospects of regulating the personal law ownership legislation.
