The paper deals with the modern concept of integrated motivation. The author presents capabilities of KPI (Key Performance Indicator). Particular attention is paid to the potential resources of S. Richie and P. Martin’s concept. Motivational profile allows to define the term staff incentive program. Learning is one of the most important components in the personnel management. This is due to the fact that it knowledge of employees plays a key role in the activities of the entire company, affects its success. Tendencies of self-determination in terms of participation in professional activities are determined.
