The paper discusses the issue of egocentrism among primary school children with signs of giftedness. Society needs people with all kinds of talent, and this diversity is prepared and already apparent in the early school years. Egocentrism among primary school children with signs of giftedness also causes difficulties in relationships with peers. Egocentrism among primary school children with signs of giftedness brings many problems, which can be solved by the help of teachers and psychologists.

The paper deals with social and legal nature of community of the Ancient East on the example of the Ancient Babylon. The importance of community and fixing such importance in sources of law are considers. The classification of community’s functions and order of their realizing are shown. On the base of the research, the authors describe the major role of community in formation of society ideology during the reviewed period, organization of social relations and political governing.
the article presents the results of an empirical study of the characteristics of the emotional-volitional sphere of children of senior preschool age, depending on the micro-social conditions of the family situation. Statistically significant differences in groups of preschool children were obtained for all criteria of emotional and volitional development selected in the study, depending on the micro-social conditions of the family situation (a complete family / an incomplete family): ability to restrain emotions, self-regulation, self-control, dedication, discipline, autonomy, initiative, arbitrariness. The obtained results show that the favorable micro-social conditions of the family situation, which are expressed primarily in the family (a complete family / an incomplete family), are the motivating factors of the formation of the emotional-volitional regulation of the personality.
The author refers to an analysis of existing approaches to defining the legal nature of such categories as priority and legal privileges. It is concluded that preferential rights may be a way of granting legal privilege.
