The paper deals with linguistic features of characters' interaction in the communicative situation “interper-sonal conflict”. The characters' basic interactional strategies in conflict situation are aggressive and tolerant ones. The choice of a strategy depends upon the speakers' personal communicative aims, their status and social roles, level of their education and cultural background.
We examine the issues of students’ topical communicative needs in the educational-professional sphere of communication. The problem of communicative competence acquisition leads to the necessity of singling out within its component composition a discoursive component needed for accurate and adequate communication. The presence of discoursive competence implies knowledge of different types of discourse and rules of their construction as well as the ability of creating them and understanding them taking into account the communicative situation. We’ve analyzed the discourse of thematic conversation which presupposes formation and development of reproductive-productive and properly productive speech in dialogic communication which is the most topical for students’ educational-professional communication sphere.
The article is devoted to the communicative variations of the speech act of promise that are used in B. L. Vasilyev's short novel "Tomorrow was the war" and his novel "Do not shoot at white swans". The mentioned variations depend on the reasons of promise and the purposes that the addresser is trying to achieve. The analysis demonsrates the role of definite-personal sentences and other language means in expressing the speech act of promise.
The article is devoted to the consideration of insult as a speech act in conflict tests of the Internet. From the perspective of the study, speech tactics and strategies in the behavior of the addressee were chosen in order to harm the social attractiveness of the individual in the eyes of society.
The article deals with the consideration of discrediting strategies on social networks as the method of manipulating public opinion. Speech tactics and strategies in the behaviour of an addresser in order to harm the social attractiveness of an individual in the eyes of society were chosen as the representative of the study.
