Entrepreneurship is the backbone of any economy, so the author develops the idea of entrepreneurship development in municipality of the Armavir city and singles out the problems, connected with it.

The authors evaluate the modern conditions and problems of agro-industrial complex of the Krasnodar region. The authors determine the strategy of development of the complex, based on the implementation of the economic mechanism for sustainable development. According to the authors, the mechanism should include two interconnected blocks: the system of state regulation and support sustainable development and the mechanism of market-competitive self-organization of the reproduction on all levels of the complex. The result of implementation of the strategy will increase the efficiency of functioning of the regional agro-industrial complex, food and social security of the Krasnodar region and the country as a whole.

This paper presents the results of the analysis of options for horizontal integration of agricultural enterprises and study of one of them for companies Sloboda district, taking into account their level of development on the rating, financial condition and its stages.

The paper deals with types of the state support of agro-industrial complex currently in force on the territory of the Volgograd region. The authors analyze the size of state support in key areas within 3 years; present the financial results of agricultural enterprises resulting from the implementation of measures of state sup-port for agriculture and agro-industrial complex of the Volgograd region.
