The paper describes the use and construction of information-educational portal, problems of its implementation and development. In modern conditions of education there are unconventional ideas, approaches, technologies, methods and ways of learning. Currently, the education system is the key application in the educational process of information and communication technologies, among which are the use in the learn-ing process of the automated systems of control of the educational process; the use of information technology as a didactic tool; improving the creative component of the educational and research activities.
