The paper is devoted to the problem of tolerance formation at different age stages of personality devel-opment. The process of formation of the studied feature is seen as continuous process with its own characteristics in each age stage. The author views mental, psychological, social backgrounds and psycho-pedagogical conditions of personal tolerance formation at different age stages, from early childhood through youth.

In article the problem of the tolerant attitude towards physically disabled people in mass media as the strategy of their continuous education and integration into society is considered. The analysis of publications and electronic resources opening the relations of society to problems of education of people with physically disabled is submitted.
