The paper presents a model of personality health/pathology as a solution of intrapsychic and interpsychic problems. In the model, true needs transformed into true or pathological motives, conflict between them and frustration of them are considered as the mechanisms of personal health/pathology.

The paper focuses on the role of regulation of fear and anxiety to achieve someone’s health. The author offers the concept person’s health and describes how to regulate fear and anxiety: weakening and rupture of symbiotic family ties, paradoxical intention, open expression of emotions and needs, flood techniaues, explosion, mutual regulation of emotions, desensitization, self-observation, de-disasterization, motor activity.
