The paper deals with possible pedagogical innovations of educational system on materials of reports of Open University of Great Britain and the European commission on questions of education and culture. The authors bring the adapted pedagogical techniques, which can be applied in educational organizations, give possible forms of introduction taking into account the system of Russian education.

The article describes a model of reliable estimation of cognitive development of a preschool child by means of the system of situations. Thus the leading technology is modeling the systems of open-type tasks of mathematical contents and the system analysis of big selections of experimental data based on the two-point scale of four parameters: optimality of the ideas offered by children; efficiency of the reasoning given by them; originality of their answer and level of decision development. As a result of the pilot study conducted in 2015 on selection of 3,800 preschool children, it was succeeded to approve the offered technology of estimation and to generalize results in the form of the integrated assessment of relative character – coefficient of cognitive development level. Mathematical-statistical processing of the results of the research allows to prove uniformity of experimental selection and to specify the level of cognitive development with a reliable accuracy of normal distribution for each age group of the preschool child basing on calculation of samples quartiles that in turn can define the further program of individual development of a child providing his transition to higher level of the general education and consequently, higher quality of education.

In research attempt to simulate passing of reaction (on an example of 2-aminopropanic acids) with the iron cluster is made, and to identify that reaction with representation about adsorption nitroorganic substance on iron. That is a key to understanding of the corrosion-preventive inhibitor protection. Changes of value following quanto -chemical descriptors are examined: partial efficient charges by Mulliken, energy boundary of orbitals.

The article describes one of the approaches to the construction of a lesson of mathematics in order to strengthen its developmental effect. The authors suggest using a modified version of the structure of creative lesson (mono lesson) that is embedded in the system NFTM-TRIZ. The means to achieve the formation of universal educational actions chosen open tasks at different stages of the lesson of mathematics. The article also presents the development of mathematics lesson in the sixth grade on the topic “The divisibility of numbers”.

Based on the analysis of the transition state of the educational sphere from one educational paradigm to the other one, the article discusses the problem of interrelation of key competencies and universal learning performances as the intended learning outcomes. Transformation of the main function of the education content from the purpose of learning to the means of achieving new educational outcomes is emphasized. The concept "activity-based learning unit" is revealed on the example of competency-based assignments through demonstration of their structure, determining their purpose in the educational process of comprehensive schools, introduction of various classifications and modifications, and also ways of designing such assignments and tasks.

Describes courses and innovative educational projects that make up this system. Separately and in more detail in this course examines the structure of the “Training of creative thinking” for the students 5–6 grades, the main component of which is a creative activity, based on the idea of building a creative lesson in the NFTM-TRIZ.
