The author considers the system of penalties for official and military crimes in the Roman criminal law. Most of the official crimes against public order in Ancient Rome was punished by exile outside the Roman state and penalties. Military discipline in the Roman army was supported by severe sanctions. They ranged from the death penalty to the imposition of special duties.

The paper considers the problem of development of emotional sphere perceptual component of preschoolers. N. I. Semago’s technique of "Emotional faces" (two series) was used to identify the learning levels of perceptual component. The aim of this methodology is to study the ability to recognize emotional conditions in expression. In the research, children of senior preschool age distinguish three levels of human’s emotional conditions.

The paper considers the Fourier transform of impulse functions, which is the mathematical basis of the tasks associated with the theory of reception and signal conversion in optoelectronic system. The method of calculating of two functions convolution, its Fourier image and the image of the Fourier-Bessel axisymmetric functions are demonstrated in details. A table, which summarizes the analytical expression for the shifted impulse functions and records their Fourier transforms, is provided. A wide range of examples of solving tasks, containing the graphic illustration, is analyzed. A structured approach to the presentation of the material, which combines basic theoretical information and analysis of typical tasks, will help second-year students of optoelectronic specialty in their independent work and homework.

In published work presents modeled using quantum chemical package HyperChem version 8.0.7 using the semiempirical method ZINDO/1, the process of adsorption of organic compounds of ureidе ranging from simple to more complex, a cluster of iron (present in the steel in amounts of 97%). This approach, as will be shown, with high accuracy reflects the process of corrosion protection with bacterial content by chemisorption of organic compounds on the metal surface with the formation of complex compounds. In the research process were obtained and analyzed global and local electrophilicity heteroatoms, reflects the composition of the complexes, lit a graph showing the dependence of the local electrophilicity from protective anti-corrosion effect.
