Effect the education market for economic development and effective functioning of labor market

Abstract. Currently available distortions of training compared to the needs of the labor market lead to a reduction in the efficiency of the entire economic mechanism (increasing shortage of certain specialties at the global and local labor markets, slowing the development of industries and enterprises in the case of a lack of qualified workers), growing social the problem (there is a surplus of specialists in certain occupations, increasing overt and hidden unemployment), there is a need to align the strategic plans for the development of the economy and education.
