Abstract. In the article the principles of the system of classification of factors of production difficulties. It is shown that they can be naturally occurring and man-made. A study of the structure and composition of the factors of production conditions and complications revealed that the number of complications factors of production conditions is the most common scaling. Considered as a scaling factor in the active phase, system solutions for the oil with abnormal characteristics and composition factors.
