Project financing development as method of maintenance investment activity in the south of Russia in conditions of financial crisis

Abstract. This article investigates the main approaches for the formation of innovative economy and innovative activity of the subjects of the Russian Federation. Besides, the main innovative models of the economic development are formulated. And some practical conclusions for solving innovative tasks are also suggested.
