Theoretical aspects of a problem of age features of self-realization of the identity of women

Abstract. The paper is devoted to women's self-realization in period of youth and maturity. Self-realization is seen as a systemic psychological education, psychological characteristic of self-study of women at different ages. The authors reveal the features of professional, social and personal self-realization of women within the framework of a systematic approach, the priority for each type of individual self-realization at a certain age level, including the context of prevention of role conflict.
