Modern trends in the development of container shipping in the Primorye Territory

Abstract. The paper analyzes the importance of maritime container traffic and shortage of new routes. The author offers a unique route for Nakhodka: the East village – Mumbai (India). This route is proposed in the light of developing relations between the two countries during the period of sanctions from the West. The route calculations were made; the indicators were identified; flight cost and the effectiveness were evaluated.
