Modern notions about language dynamics

Abstract. The paper deals with the problem of interpretation of scientific concept “dynamics” in modern linguistic researches. The results of the terminological analysis and review of modern researches in the field of language dynamics show that the beginning of XXI century can be characterized as a period of a greater extension of the concept in linguistic researches.
