The program of formation of readiness for innovation processes in education

Abstract. The article shows that an important role in the psychological support of the processes of formation of read-iness for innovation in education is conducting programs and training that enables teachers to develop their reflective skills, and increase internal motivation, to promote the adoption and implementation of innovative changes.
