Officials of the Interior as the subjects of appeal orders and decisions in the case of an administrative offense

Abstract. On the basis of current legislation investigated powers of the officials on the appeal of judgments and decisions in the case of an administrative offense. The author highlighted the positive aspects of changes made to Chapter 30 of the Administrative Code, and marked deficiencies innovations and made ​​proposals to change the law.
