On the basis of current administrative legislation and practice of its application are revealed normative-legal basis of the decision on the need to protect public order the police station when holding mass events, and provides recommendations on the procedure of adoption of such decision.

On the basis of current legislation investigated powers of the officials on the appeal of judgments and decisions in the case of an administrative offense. The author highlighted the positive aspects of changes made to Chapter 30 of the Administrative Code, and marked deficiencies innovations and made proposals to change the law.
