Abstract. The paper proposes an approach to the planning of the educational trajectory of informational training on the basis of an integrated model of management conditions and factors. The model is based on the principles of continuity and integration-going concern. The principle of continuity provides the possibility of transition to the post of the next group when the sufficient experience is gained. The principle of integration is a set of conditions (education, certificates, experience) for the job of a certain group.
