The paper proposes an approach to the planning of the educational trajectory of informational training on the basis of an integrated model of management conditions and factors. The model is based on the principles of continuity and integration-going concern. The principle of continuity provides the possibility of transition to the post of the next group when the sufficient experience is gained. The principle of integration is a set of conditions (education, certificates, experience) for the job of a certain group.

Nowadays there is growing threat to the safe use of foreign software in Russia, so the support of the Russian software industry is an important task of the State. The authors describe the experience of implementing the domestic software in a number of professional activity areas.

The author reveals the components of forming the information and communication technologies competence of teachers in vocational teacher s’ education. The components are the concept of information and communication technologies competence, classification of information and communication technologies competencies, technique of the quality of formation measurement by security and conditions for implementation.

Introduction of information technology increases the efficiency of solving professional problems and to increase the role of information training. The article describes a system of information training in the conditions of application configurations "1C: Enterprise" based on the classification of staff according to their level of training and quality requirements, including the availability of appropriate certificates of 1C.

The article contains a general description of the research problem of resolving the contradiction between the growing demand of social and educational practice in the effective management of information training and insufficient development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the competence-based management to ensure its efficient use in the dynamic educational process in educational organizations.
