This article analyzes the public-private partnership from the point of view of subject-object relations as a form promomasters relations. Consider the forms and models of organization of public-private partnerships. The author analyzed the typical features or characteristics inherent in public-private partnerships.

The article is devoted to analysis of the domestic industry ROS-these at the present stage. The paper pro-posed to solve the problems of the national-governmental industry, the use of the mechanism of state-private partnership, which would reduce the burden on the budget, and to share the risks between govern-ment and private business.
