The paper discusses the features of drivers’ training of law enforcement agencies and tactical special training related to the use in operational performance of vehicles of category «B» and «C». The structure is divided into summer, winter and off-season practical training. The authors provide necessary amount of preparation, core exercise and control necessary for quality training of drivers.

The paper discusses the features of psychophysiological factors affecting the process of training of drivers for the power structures of the Internal Affairs Ministry of Russia. The authors consider the individual psychological characteristics of the audience, influencing the management of emergency vehicles equipped with devices for feeding special light and sound signals.

The paper is devoted to methods of examination of professional skills of use of category «B» operational vehicle of power structures drivers. The technique allows testing practical skills in the shortest time (one academic hour) to identify the individual level of readiness.
