The paper suggests the description of the general characteristics and specific peculiarities of the “virtual Ego” image of the Internet users – on the example of adolescents. The phenomenon, its content and its place in the “self-conception” structure are regarded. The authors consider the problems, solved in the empirical investigation, and offer the methods, serving the basis for the study of the “virtual Ego” image of the Internet users. The results of the research interpret the content of the “virtual Ego” image. For the pur-pose of detection of the specific features of the “virtual Ego” image of the Internet users its comparison with “Ego real” and “Ego ideal” is given. The practical use of the research consists of the examination of the level of differentiation between the images of “virtual Ego” and “Ego real”, “Ego ideal” possessed by the Internet users.

In article justification of need of the organization of psychological support of career, both in the advanced school age, and at students stage is given. The main accent in work is made on such structural component of career as career orientations. This component makes a basis of the career purposes and plans which in the subsequent are realized in the course of an independent labor way. The urgency of support of a choice of «career anchors» proves to be true results of empirical research of dynamic and substantial features of career orientations at youthful age. Following the results of diagnostics the comparative analysis of features of a choice of the priority directions in career at a stage of youth is carried out and the explanation of the revealed divergences on three groups is offered: senior school students, first-year students, students graduates. In conclusion of work the description of the directions of the organization of psychological support of an adequate choice of career orientations is provided by young men and girls
