The article is devoted to changes in the Penal Code, under which a person who has committed a crime of small or average gravity may be released from criminal liability (Federal Law of July 3, 2016 № 323-FZ "On Amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and the Criminal -protsessualny Code of the Russian Federation on the improvement of the grounds and order of exemption from criminal responsibility ").

Work on the new edition of the articles of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation "the Destruction of or damage to objects of cultural heritage of Diya (monuments of history and culture) of the peoples of the Russian Federation, included in the unified state register of objects of cultural heritage (monuments of histo-ry and culture) of the peoples of the Russian Federation, the identified cultural heritage sites, natural complexes and objects, protected States, or cultural values".
