This article describes the pedagogical innovations of the future of the education system on the reports of the Open University of the UK and the European Commission for Education and Culture. The author provides customized teaching practices for possible use in the activities of educational institutions, given their possible forms of implementation, taking into account the Russian education system.

The article contains the results of microstudies conducted during the workshop mathematics teachers of the Kirov region on the implementation of innovative forms of organization of educational activity of schoolboys in the teacher's experience. Presented at the seminar reports, master classes and open class many forms, such as the flipped classroom, their devices, event-driven education, bricolage, open learning, crossover learning, computational thinking, adaptive learning, “cunning” assessments have been proposed for reflective assessment of more than 100 mathematics teachers in urban and rural schools of the Kirov region.
Competitions of professional skills occupy a special place in the formation of advanced pedagogical experience. Today, the competitive movement is actively developing. The paper substantiates the idea of studying the competitive materials of the winners of the All-Russian competition «Teacher of the Year» as an advanced pedagogical experience that is useful for future teachers to form professional competencies. The purpose of the study: to study and generalize the pedagogical experience of the best primary school teachers (winners and participants in the All-Russian competition «Teacher of the Year»). Research methods: analysis, synthesis, classification, comparison, generalization; study of advanced pedagogical experience, analysis of activity products; methods of mathematical data processing. During the study, it was found that among the absolute winners and laureates of the competition there are both teachers from cities and small settlements. The work studied the pedagogical methods and techniques used by the contestants – primary school teachers. The findings can be used in the practice of primary school teachers to improve the efficiency of their activities, as well as to expand the professional competencies of current and future teachers.
