The article discusses the linguophilosophical problems of the relationship between the world, man and language, which is a symbolic construct. The language is analyzed as a means of coordination of facts and units of meaning. But language cannot be correlated with the world functionally. In this case, language and the world will not connect as semantic values. It is neces¬sary to transform the language to translate it to a higher level of relevance. The article touches upon the “eternal questions” of the nature and essence of language in the context of the paradigm of philosophy and linguistics. The positions of Wittgenstein and Benja¬min on this issue are considered as similar.
