The article discusses the rituals and rituals of the Kuban residents associated with bread as one of the main ritual dishes and food symbols of the calendar holidays of the summer-autumn cycle. Bread is not only an important food, but also a symbol of health, fertility, prosperity, well–being of the family and resi-dents of one locality. The article is based on the materials of ethnolinguistic expeditionary research.
