The author sees a special role in the skills of peaceful conflict resolution to achieve executable solutions, in positioning a lawyer as a specialist with broad capabilities in the use of various fields of knowledge. Obtaining new knowledge, skills and abilities should become the basis for ex-panding both professional and personal competencies. The lawyer of the future should be aimed at reducing conflict in society.
