Constitutional bases of theory of criminal politics are shown in the article. A theme is analysed through the prism of main concepts of this theory, including such, as aims, tasks, object, method, directions of this theory. In order of introductory positions paid attention to her development and value. An accent is done on importance of her teaching in institutions of higher learning as independent educational discipline.
