Based on the analysis of archival sources, the author of the article highlights the main stages in the development of Soviet-Italian relations, the factors of their development, peculiarities, and also reveals the main forms and methods of constructing a cultural dialogue between the USSR and Italy in the example of the city of Togliatti. The author of the article reveals the influence of Soviet-Italian relations on the social and cultural appearance of Togliatti in the period from 1965 to 1987.
This study dwells on features of the cultural diplomacy of post-soviet countries in modern conditions. The author analyzes development of cultural diplomacy in modern post-soviet countries, including cultural based activities of these countries, which are necessary components of diplomacy abroad defending foreign cultural policy and providing cross-cultural communication with other developed countries. This study aims to provide an overview of the cultural diplomacy and analyze and identify its post-soviet countries models which is the most important areas of foreign policy of country. This paper reviews new challenges in cultural diplomacy and outlines a strategy for successful implementation of cultural policy in in post-soviet countries. The study can be consist of an important resource for various scientists, international researchers and experts who is more closed to this research.
The article presents the main stages in the development of Russian-British relations from 2017 to the present day, as well as considers key events that have largely determined the nature of cooperation between the two countries. In addition, the main directions of the Russian-British partnership were examined and the forecast for the further interaction of both parties was given.

Russia is China's neighbor and one of the most influential countries in the world. Over the course of their history, the two coun-tries have established strong friendly ties, and cultural exchanges between them are be-coming increasingly frequent, especially in the new era of the China-Russia Comprehen-sive Strategic Partnership. Relations between the two countries promise to be stable and far-reaching.
