Housing policy in the concept of the national innovation system and the development of human resources in the innovation economy

The article is devoted to the determination of the relationship between the use of methods and mechanisms of housing policy with the implementation of opportunities to increase the human potential of the innovative economy of the region by attracting highly qualified specialists in innovative production, as well as studying the possibilities of including methods and mechanisms of housing policy in the concept of the national innovation system.
