The article defines the special importance of the internal control system of the tourism business as a factor enhancing its economic security. The problem of effective management, which is one of the key concepts in financial and operational activities of any organization. The author substantiates the position that the concept of economic security of tourism businesses, like any other, and the effectiveness of its implementation is based on a risk-oriented approach, value is determined by the transparency of the object. In accordance with the definition of economic security is highlighted internal control functions.

This article considers the problems of food quality on a country-level (Russia) and within the EU. The use of the currently available physical, chemical and microbiological analysis techniques is suggested as a tactical solution to the food quality improvement.
The article reveals the organizational structure of managing the process of forming a healthy lifestyle of children by means of project activities. It outlines ways to coordinate the actions of participants in the educational process in matters of project activities in a pre-school educational institution. Among the core factors of successful management of the teaching staff formation the author highlights goal- setting , subject-subject interaction, consistency of participants, high professional competence of the teaching staff.
The article reveals the organizational structure of innovation management in secondary schools, outlines ways to coordinate the actions of participants in the educational process in matters of innovation in an educational organization. As the main factors of successful management of innovative activities of the teaching staff, the author highlights: goal setting, subject-subject interaction, consistency of participants, high professional competence of the teaching staff.
The article analyzes various approaches to the definition of the concept of «organizational culture», identifies the conditions for effective management of organizational culture, presents an algorithm of management activities for the formation and development of organizational culture of a modern educational organization, concludes that, that effective management of the organizational culture of an educational organization through the contained components is a conscious and purposeful multi-stage process for the formation and development of the organizational culture of an educational organization through the correction of norms and rules of behavior, values, traditions, psychological climate of the teaching staff.
