LEGAL STATUS OF RURAL RESORTS: TRENDS AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT

The article tells about the legal status of rural resorts. The prospects for the development of rural resorts in the resort city of Sochi, as well as the current situation, are considered. Directions for the development of rural resorts are proposed, the legal framework and problematic issues are revealed.
