The article deals with the financial state of "Serpukhov factory "Metallist" in 2015. The indicators for assessing the profitability of operations and for evaluation of management efficiency, business activity indicators, performance measures of financial solvency are calculated. The type of financial stability is studied. Some recommendations for further financial improvement are offered.
