In terms of raising competition in the global markets for goods and services, the issue of continuous improvement of the competitiveness of regional economic entities represents a particular importance. It should be noted that the center of business activity in most countries of the world is gradually shifting towards the direct deployment of natural raw materials, industrial, technical and human resources. In recent years, free economic zones have been created in almost all regions of the country and further have become genuine drivers of innovative development of the territories of Uzbekistan. This article is devoted to the study of Innovative Growth Centres, their occurrence, analysis of the performance efficiency, as well as justification of their institutional strengthening in the region's of Uzbekistan occurrence, analysis of the performance efficiency, as well as justification of their institutional strengthening in the region's of Uzbekistan.
The article explores issues related to the analysis of free economic zones in the Republic of Poland. Relations between the EU countries and Russia to date have been in crisis. Cooperation in the economic field is reduced in the context of mutual sanctions. Obviously, both Russian and European companies are interested in normalizing commercial and economic relations. The conclusion is drawn on the need to gradually mitigate restrictive measures. And mutual efforts should be made by both the Russian Federation and the EU member states, including Poland.
